Local technicians, straight answers
Radius has been repairing appliances in Edmonton since [YEAR]. We're a small team, which means the person who takes your call is close to the person who shows up at your door.
How we price
We charge a service call, which covers the trip out and a proper diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, that amount comes off the final bill. You get a firm price before any work begins — we don't start and then discover extras.
Parts are quoted at cost plus a stated markup, and we'll always tell you when an ordered part means a second visit and what that will add.
What the warranty covers
Parts and labour are covered for 90 days from the date of the repair. If the same fault comes back within that window, we return at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover a different fault on the same appliance, or damage from misuse — but we'll always look before we decide.
When we'll tell you not to repair
Some appliances aren't worth fixing. If the repair costs more than roughly half the price of a comparable replacement, and the unit is already past ten years, we'll say so and you'll pay only the service call. We'd rather lose a job than sell you a repair that fails in six months.
